Beyond the Blue Sky

The fading sunlight casts long shadows, we watched them disappear,
The gentle wind brushed my fingers, as I held onto a dream.
Since that day, nothing has changed, yet everything feels different,
The words I couldn’t say remain inside.

Summer whispers through the air,
Hiding the tremble in my heart,
Still chasing dreams beyond my reach,
Holding onto the memories of us.

Beyond the blue sky, reaching higher, reaching higher,
Since the day we crossed that hill, never looking back,
No matter where the winds may take us,
We’ll hold onto the light within and never let it go.

Footsteps vanish in the waves, tracing moments left behind,
Even as they fade away, I find beauty in their path.

Seasons change, the clouds drift by,
Yet I still chase the endless sky,
Even if the stars seem far away,
I will keep on walking toward the light.

Beyond the blue sky, chasing dreams, chasing dreams,
Winds will carry us so far, taking us beyond the sun,
No matter how the seasons turn,
We’ll stand strong and face the future, hand in hand.
