世の中はしんどい事の方が多いのは当たり前だから受け入れちゃった方がいいよねってことを表現したくて制作した曲です。さんまさんが「生きてるだけでもまるもうけ」って年齢を重ねてかみしめることが多くなりましたのでそこも結構入っています。
歌詞は説教臭くならないようにまずは今風の四文字熟語を並べて、そこから数珠繋ぎに作っていくような事しました。残ったのは難攻不落、本領発揮、奇想天外は少し古いか。意味合いとして残った視界良好とか言葉は消えても歌詞にニュアンスとして登場するものがたくさんあります。そういえば漢文は赤点でした。。

I created this song to express the idea that life is naturally filled with hardships, so it’s better to just accept it. Inspired by Sanma-san’s famous phrase, “Just being alive is already a great profit,” I’ve come to appreciate its meaning more as I get older, and that sentiment is deeply woven into the song.

When writing the lyrics, I wanted to avoid a preachy tone. So, I started by listing modern four-character idioms and then connected them like a chain to form the lyrics. Some phrases that remained include nankōfuraku (impregnable), honryōhakkī (showing true ability), and kisōtengai (unconventional), though they might feel a bit old-fashioned. Other phrases, like shikai ryōkō (clear visibility), didn’t make the final cut as words but still exist in the song’s nuance.

By the way, I didn’t make grades in Classical Chinese…
