本作品『Violin Evil』、ロックバイオリニストのAyasaのマーチャンダイズキャラクターとして制作された作品でAyasaファンの間でも高い評価を得ている。

本作のアートディレクター/デザイナーの若井 望（わかい のぞむ）は、石橋凌、TRFなどのアーティストフォト/CDジャケット等を手掛ける他、アルカトラス、マイケル・シェンカーなど海外アーティストのマーチャンダイズやCDジャケットなども手掛ける。 ハードロック/ヘヴィメタル・ギタリスト/プロデューサーとしても国内外で活動する。その他にも高IQ団体”Mensa”およびIQ160以上で入会でき、世界でたった300人程の高IQ団体”HELLIQ”にも所属している。

今回は、このグラフィックの所有権の他、商品としてこの図柄をもちいたグッズを企画制作および販売できる二次使用権も付与されます。それらの権利はNFTを所有している期間のみ有効な権利となります。付帯条件として、本グラフィックの所有者はすでに旧著作権者が制作/製造したグッズに関しては、旧著作権者の継続 販売を引き続き認めるものとします。

This work, “Violin Evil,” was created as a merchandising character for rock violinist “Ayasa” and is highly acclaimed among Ayasa fans.

Nozomu Wakai, art director/designer of this work, has worked on artist photos/CD jackets for Japanese famous artists such as “Ryo Ishibashi” and “TRF” and more, also on merchandising and CD jackets for overseas artists such as Alcatrazz and Michael Schenker etc …. He is also active as a hard rock/heavy metal guitarist and producer in Japan and abroad. He is also a member of Mensa, a high IQ organization, and HELLIQ, an organization of only about 300 people in the world with an IQ of 160 or higher.

In addition to the ownership of the graphic, NFT will be granted the secondary use rights to design, produce, and sell merchandise based on the graphic. These rights are only valid for the duration of NFT’s ownership. As an additional condition, the owner of the graphic will allow the former copyright holder to continue to sell the goods that the former copyright holder has already produced/manufactured.
