Yo yo everyone !! Hope you’re having a great week-end ! New upload this week, only few days after Chainsaw Blood’s video !! We’re almost feeling like overposting over here !! This project is a collab me and Sagi started last year from some instant love we got from this song from Void_Chords “Lies & Ties”
For those who do not know her yet, Sagi is an Indonesian Youtaite, vocal arranger and project manager I met about 6 years ago through various projects. A power vocalist with the range of Mariah Carey (see our first duet here: https://youtu.be/02NDE9JGbgE) and the same craziness and love for harms as mines hahahah !!
I’ll let Sagi tell you a bit how this project was born :

“ Heyyyooooo another duet with Vuvu and this time in Vuvu's channel yay! I fell in love with this song when I first heard it but damn it ended up SO hard to sing it for me (also the layers omfgggg) or maybe I'm getting old LOL nevertheless the end product looks and sounds amazing with Vuvu's godly vocal range and mix! Also awesome job to Kath for drawing everything according to my vision ;w; I wanted this video to have a "lore" in it where Vuvu can be a phantom thief and I can be the detective! The visuals combined ended up so cool thanks to Malcolm's help in animating the video! Overall, this was an awesome project to do! Thank you Vuvu for accepting my duet req and going along with my crazy ideas www “
As mentioned, we got Malcolm a.k.a Ryuugen on board as our motion graphics animator (You already saw his works on Shinigami and Chainsaw Blood on this channel). He gave a whole new dimension to Sagi’s story and lore and Kath’s illustrations for this video. Being more focused on the audio side, their creative combo was soooooo powerful and inspiring to witness.
