合い挽き肉　400g　　　ground beef and pork
たまねぎ　　1/2 onion
パン粉　　　1/2 bread crumbs
卵　　　　　１ egg
牛乳　　　　40cc milk
塩、こしょう、ナツメグ　少々 salt, pepper, nutmeg
酒　　　　　適量 Japanese sake
油　　　　　適量 oil
大根　　　　適量 Japanese radish
大葉　　　　４枚 macrophyll
ポン酢か醤油　適量 ponzu or soy sause
