Is there a point to anything? Happiness, sadness, it’s all the same. What’s the point of feeling when we already know it all ends the same way? Sometimes… we just need an escape. Perhaps in another world, we can start over. We can be heroes, adventurers, travellers and seekers, searching for a reason. Let’s leave it all behind.

After the announcement of Isekai Entertainment Chorus Battle, we thought: ‘What better way to embrace the theme than to create an original Anime OP’? We formed Studio REGALAIS, becoming an animation studio to embrace the theme through and through. ‘Sweet Misery’ is our love letter to the isekai genre.
