近況報告と vtubes.tokyo の今後の変更点について
個人的な近況報告：
ここ数週間、SNSでの更新が滞りがちでした。その理由は、立て続けに健康上の問題を抱えてしまったからです。不運なことに、心臓が完全に停止する事態に2度も見舞われ、そのたびに数日間の入院を余儀なくされました。
幸いなことに、現在は体調もかなり回復し、ようやく以前のように自転車に乗れるようになりました。^^
さて、ここからは vtubes.tokyo と今後の変更点についてお話しします！
アーティスト個別のURLは廃止します
昨年、すべてのアーティストに独自のURLまたはサブURLを割り当てると発表しましたが、この変更は実施しないことになりました。
理由はいくつかありますが、主な要因は運用・保守にかかる負担の増大です。アーティストは名前を変更することが多いため、そのたびにURLを確認・更新する必要が生じます。長期的に見ると、私一人で管理するにはあまりにも負担が大きすぎると判断しました。
vtubes.tokyo と AI関連サイトを統合します
当初の vtubes ウェブサイトと、そこから派生したAI関連サイトを再び統合します。今後は、すべてのコンテンツを一つのプラットフォームに集約する予定です。
AI生成の楽曲については、これまで通り特別なマークを付け、一目でそれと分かるようにします。
最近の健康問題を通じて、複数のウェブサイトを運営し、常に最新の状態に保つことの難しさを改めて痛感しました。そのため、運用をシンプルにし、単一の統合されたプラットフォームの維持に注力したいと考えています。
海外アーティストの追加
さらに、海外アーティストの掲載も試験的に開始します。これらのアーティストについても特別なマークを付け、既存の掲載アーティストと容易に区別できるようにします。
ただし、vtubes.tokyo の主な焦点は、あくまで日本のアーティストに置き続けます。
海外アーティストも取り入れたいと考えた理由は単純です。世界中には、情熱と献身をもって楽曲制作に多大な努力と愛情を注いでいるミュージシャンがたくさんいるからです。彼らにも、多くの人に知ってもらえる機会があってしかるべきだと考えています。今回の拡大を通じて、より多くの人が自分に合った音楽に出会えるよう手助けし、アーティストの認知度向上にも貢献したいと考えています。
- 今後予定されているテスト段階で、これらの変更が実際にどの程度効果を発揮するかが明らかになるでしょう。状況の推移を注視し、必要に応じて調整を行っていきます。

A Personal Update and Upcoming Changes to vtubes.tokyo
A personal note:
Over the past few weeks, there have only been occasional updates on my social media platforms. The reason for this was a series of health issues. Unfortunately, my heart stopped working completely twice, and each time I had to spend several days in the hospital.
Thankfully, I’m feeling much better now, and I’m finally able to ride my bicycle normally again. ^^
But now, let’s talk about vtubes.tokyo and the changes to come!
No individual artist URLs
Last year, I announced that every artist would receive their own URL or sub-URL. However, this change will no longer be implemented.
There are several reasons for this, but one of the main ones is the additional maintenance involved. Artists often change their names, which would mean constantly checking and updating their URLs. In the long run, that would simply be too much work for me to manage.
vtubes.tokyo and the AI site will be reunited
The separation between my original vtubes website and its AI offshoot will be reversed. In the future, all content will once again be brought together on a single platform.
AI-generated songs will still be specially marked so that you can easily recognize them.
My recent health problems have made me realize once again how difficult it can be to keep multiple versions of a website running and up to date. That’s why I want to simplify things and focus on maintaining a single, unified platform.
International artists as a new addition
In addition, I will be testing the inclusion of international artists. These artists will also be specially marked so that you can easily distinguish them from the artists already featured on the site.
However, the main focus of vtubes.tokyo will remain on Japanese artists.
The reason I want to include international artists as well is simple: there are passionate and dedicated musicians all around the world who put a great deal of effort and love into their songs. They deserve the opportunity to be discovered, too.
With this expansion, I hope to help more people find their music and give these artists greater visibility.
- The upcoming test phase will show how well these changes work in practice. I’ll keep an eye on how things develop and make adjustments if necessary.
