Important Technical Notes:

• Videos themselves are not stored or hosted on our servers. They are loaded exclusively via iframe embed directly from YouTube. When a video is played, data (e.g., IP address, device information) is transmitted to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Only Google’s privacy policy applies in this case: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Thumbnails are retrieved via the YouTube Data API v3 and technically necessary cached to improve loading times and ensure a smooth user experience. This caching complies with the YouTube API Terms of Service and serves no other purpose. Thumbnails are regularly cleared and are not used for advertising, tracking, or commercial purposes.
• Displaying thumbnails does not collect or process any personal data from visitors.

   • A screenshot from YouTube Studio clearly showing that you have access to the channel (e.g., the dashboard with your channel name or the “Channel” > “Advanced Settings” tab).

10. Is there highlighting or special placement for individual channels? No. All artists are treated equally. There is no paid or preferential placement – sorting is based solely on recency, activity, or alphabetical order.
